pico do gallo

1 large fresh firm organic Tomato

1/4-1/2  organic white onion

1/2 bunch fresh organic cilantro

Several stems of fresh mint

1Tbl shelled Hemp seeds

1/4-1/2 tsp of Spice Hunter Mexican Seasoning

1 tsp Arizona Pepper’s Organic Chipotle Habanero pepper sauce


Dice tomato

Dice onion

Pull off leaves from stems of cilantro and mint. Tear into small pieces

Add seasoning, hot sauce and hemp seeds.

Toss with 2 spoons.
