1 C Blanched Almond Flour
1/4 C Tapioca Flour
1/2 C Quinoa Flakes
1/2 C Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
1/2 C Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
pinch of Lavender salt
2-3 Tbls Hemp seeds
1/2 C currants or raisins
1/4 C unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 C Cacao nibs or Chocolate chips
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp dried ginger
1 egg
1 Tbls Coconut oil
1/2 C plain yogurt
1/4-1/2 C applesauce
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients together in a big bowl, mix all wet ingredients in slightly smaller bowl, make a small well in dry ingredients and pour wet ingredients into dry, then fold and stir to mix making sure everything is moist. Pour into greased round cake pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes depending on the oven.
